Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Experienced Procurement Analyst (Level 3) to join our Materials & Standards Operations and Contracts Team in Everett , Washington .

This position will be focused on the external supply chain working complex issues within the supply base with the goal of supply continuity and eliminating Fabrication disruption.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving performance improvements within our Supply Chain, working towards eliminating shortages to the Boeing Fabrication production system, and make a positive contribution to the Boeing production system from Fabrication to the end customer. You will lead change, inspire others, and make a positive impact on the suppliers and Supply Chain Teams that provide a wide variety parts and assemblies to our global Fabrication Divisions. You will build strong partnerships with our enterprise Supply Chain teams, Fabrication Business Units, and other support organizations to understand and address the challenges faced by distressed suppliers. Your expertise will be crucial in developing, monitoring, and controlling robust risk mitigation plans.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators

  • Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators

  • Communicates critical initiatives, projects or procurement activities

  • Develops and implements plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies

  • Leads cross-functional process management activities

  • Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs

  • Analyzes supplier and business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate into strategies

  • Acts as primary point of contact between External Supply Chain and BCA Fabrication Business Units

  • Integrates with Fabrication Manufacturing Business Units and Supply Chain Core to address any help needed

  • Metric/data tracking – daily external shortage summary

  • Support supplier recovery actions and complete shortage reduction strategies

  • Prepare executive presentations

  • Support and or lead rate readiness actions

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management

  • 3+ years of experience with analytics and/or project management processes

  • 3+ years of experience in working with cross-functional teams

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Willing to Travel Domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively and communicating with internal and external partners

  • 3+ years of experience reporting status to senior and executive leadership

  • 3+ years of experience in a role that requires project management skills

  • 1+ years of experience working supplier recovery with multi-functional teams

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $81,600-$110,400
