TERRA STAFFING GROUP Business Unit Manager | Aerospace in EVERETT, Washington
A growing aerospace company is looking to add a Business Unit Manager to their Everett team.
This company is the leader in design, development, and manufacturing of electronic control systems for the aviation and aerospace industries. They specialize in Communications, Power Lighting and Control, Switches and Connectors, and more.
Due to growth and promotions, they are looking for a Business Unit Manager to help support their avionics and electronics side for both commercial and military.
This is a direct-hire position that offers competitive benefits and plenty of opportunities for growth.
Business Unit Manager Responsibilities:
- Own the success of annual operational plans and product line from a business relationship perspective.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships and contracts.
- Organize and execute the sales and marketing activity.
- Promote and sell the group's existing products and meet the planned backlog targets.
- Handle quarterly deliverables, monthly reporting, and profit and loss.
*Schedule: *Monday -- Friday, day shift flexible hours.
Business Unit Manager Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of Business Unit Management, Program Management or related experience.
- Relevant experience within the aerospace or highly regulated environment.
- Sales or engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
*Compensation: *$100,000 -- 140,000 annually.
- Including bonus potential
