Job Overview:
As a Fiberglass Laminator specializing in hand layup operations using fiberglass and carbon fiber, you will play a crucial role in the production of our durable and lightweight campers. This position is ideal for those with prior experience in fiberglass boat or RV construction.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cut fiberglass cloth patterns, ensuring complete coverage of molds.
- Apply liquid gelcoat and resins within precise measurements, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Layer resin and fiberglass materials, maintaining a smooth finish and adhering to drying times and inspection standards.
- Additional duties may include inserting honeycomb cores and other materials to enhance product integrity.
