To strengthen and support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Head of Operational Property Management for Finland and the Baltics, based in our office in Espoo, Finland.

In this role, you are expected to manage internal customer relationships and oversee the real estate portfolio, ensuring compliance with local laws, and handling a relocation project at the HQ in Espoo. You will collaborate and work closely with other Nordic countries and business areas to ensure uniform strategies and processes to achieve Siemens' high goals.

Siemens Real Estate Services is the real estate service provider of Siemens AG and is responsible for the company's global real estate business. We manage the portfolio, operate the real estate including all real estate-related services, are responsible for its exploitation and carry out all Siemens-wide construction projects.

Main responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management (predominantly internal) and contact partner for real estate related topics within your area of locations

  • Management of the real estate portfolio according to SRE standards & processes & budget

  • Ensure legal ownership representation to local authorities and total adherence to local statutory regulations and local laws.

  • Responsible for the re-location project in our HQ in Espoo

  • Sourcing of RE related services as well as steering and controlling of Suppliers

  • Contribution to the HQ business lines, e. g. Project management (PM), Maintenance & Technology (MT), Transaction Management (TM), and Portfolio Management & Markets (PMM)

About you

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing internal relationships and serving as a primary contact for real estate topics.

  • Real Estate Portfolio Management: Expertise in overseeing real estate assets in line with company standards, processes, and budget constraints.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage and execute relocation projects, particularly within an HQ setting.

  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and English

  • Outspoken, social and cooperative person
