Description

We are currently seeking an experienced, competent, and diligent Contracts Manager to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for managing business contracts from conception to execution. Your primary responsibility will be to draft and negotiate business agreements and other contractual documents based on our provided templates, focusing on sales, licensing, and reseller agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of complex contracts, primarily focusing on sales, licensing, and reseller agreements, but not including partner or vendor agreements.

• Liaise with government bodies regarding relevant contracts and agreements.

• Manage all stages of the contract lifecycle, utilizing our homegrown CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) system.

• Provide interpretation of contractual terms and conduct contract briefings with pertinent stakeholders.

• Develop risk mitigation strategies by identifying potential contractual and operational risks.

• Conduct regular contract audits to ensure compliance with established laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Collaborate with various departments within the organization to facilitate proper contract closure, extension or renewal, as necessary.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role, specifically with drafting from templates, managing licensing and sales contracts, and reseller agreements.

• Extensive CLM experience with homegrown systems.

• Knowledge of contracts with the government is preferred.

• Excellent negotiation skills and an in-depth knowledge of contract law and its application.

• Proactive approach and demonstrated ability to identify potential issues before they become problems.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
