What do you contribute?

• You will lead the development and execution of IT strategies that align with and support overall business goals.

• In doing so, you will implement best practices for IT governance, risk management, and compliance to ensure operational efficiency and security.

• In addition, you will design & implement Operating Models, to enable efficient collaboration across Siemens Business Units and internally in Siemens Mobility and will foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met through effective IT solutions.

• You will develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization.

• Also, you will mentor and guide IT team members, promoting professional growth and building a high-performing team and will cultivate a culture of innovation within the IT department, encouraging creative problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Furthermore, you will lead the process of defining measurable strategic objectives and tracking progress towards achieving them (knowledge of OKR framework is a plus).

• In and through your daily work, you will ensure information security standards and the compliance guidelines of Siemens Mobility GmbH.

What do you bring along?

• You bring in a master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• In addition, you do have long-term experience in IT strategy, project management, transformation management, or related roles (experience from consulting industry is preferred).

• Also, you bring in strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives.

• Furthermore, knowledge in enterprise architecture, IT assurance & risk management, and provider/vendor management as well as experience with sourcing and provider management is a plus.

• In addition, knowledge of IT governance frameworks, risk management methodologies, and digital transformation best practices is a plus.

• You do have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior leadership and key stakeholders.

• You profile is rounded off by fluent English language skills. German is a plus.
