What part will you play?

  • In your new role you are part of the global EA PLM FIN team for GIS Medium Voltage portfolio. You will support the organization to drive the portfolio transformation towards F-Gas free switchgears that combine the advantages of digitalization and sustainability

  • As individual contributor, you are driving the conversion of complex data sets into understandable and actionable insights. This capacity plays a relevant role in translating and explaining complex data, thereby facilitating the formulation of strategic decisions based on clear, data-driven narratives.

  • Cross-functional-collaboration with departments Research & Development, Operations and Sales will be part of your daily routine

  • You contribute to design reports and dashboards incl. visualizations to measure portfolio performance

  • You contribute to the creation of the product development roadmap by evaluating and monitoring target costs for existing portfolio and products in ramp-up phase

  • You are supporting the team for predicting utilization of our factories to ensure proper load management

  • You will analyze global margin developments

  • You will be supporting the GIS PLM FIN Head with the annual budget planning process

  • As part of the team, you will foster the transformation of present reporting tools into a smart and digitalized tool landscape

What you need to make real what matters.

  • A master’s degree in business administration, information management, business intelligence - or similar

  • First experience as Data analyst (e.g. as a working student or internship position)

  • Excellent calculation and presentation skills

  • Collaboration experience in international teams

  • Professional communication in English and in German

  • Experienced user of Microsoft power platform incl. focus on creating visualizations

  • Knowledge and abilities: strategic thinking, analytical mind set, open mind set for an environment of continuous change, being proactive, high communication skills, the passion to solve complex challenges, goal-oriented and enjoying working in an open-minded and intercultural business environment

  • Travel availability: 20%
