SUMMARY
Candidate handles all financial transactions including validating gaming vouchers and exchanging them for their cash value, exchanging gaming chips for their appropriate cash value and correctly documenting all counts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Candidate performs check cashing, customer deposit and withdrawal transactions, makes change for guests, exchange chips, sports vouchers, or gaming vouchers for cash.
- Candidate will prepare customer jackpots, W2G, W9's and all other tax forms. Candidate will also service the Table Games Department with all appropriate tax forms.
- Candidate will issue slot counter checks when assigned to a front window.
- Candidate will post all information in the casino accounting system.
- Candidate is accountable for all transactions and balances daily to assure accuracy.
- Prepares AML entries for compliance.

``` - Candidate enrolls new members in the Players' Club and answers account questions. Must have a thorough knowledge of the point system.

``` - Candidate may assist with promotional giveaways. - Will accept the occasional donations for charitable promotions. Candidate is accountable for obtaining a cash bank and reconciling sales. - Must be knowledgeable on kiosk functions and promotions. - Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent.
LANGUAGE ABILITY
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
MATH ABILITY
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must possess intermediate PC skills. Microsoft Office experience required.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have any supervisory responsibility.

The noise level is moderate. Candidate will be exposed to smoke when on the casino floor and in the cage. Candidate must possess good interpersonal skills, be organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

The employee will be required to sit and stand extended periods of time. Employee must have excellent dexterity of hands and fingers to use computers and handle vouchers, cash, and chips. Employee is required to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Employee must be able to talk and hear in order to ensure proper communication. This job requires strong vision skills, including close vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
