Responsibilities

The Designer II designs and produces graphic art and visual materials for print and digital media. The Designer I role conceptualizes graphic design, maintains reference files of templates, creates layout design, provides communication and works with a team. The role will design and develop layouts and graphics while incorporating brand design of the Credit Union. The role will also build reference files and ensure that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices. Finally, the role will demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills by presenting ideas in a clear and concise, positive manner. Creativity, time management, critical thinking and sound decision making are important to this position. The Designer II will also mentor junior designers.

This is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be in office at our headquarters (Enola, PA) 2-3 days per week. The position may require in-person training.

SKILLS * Strong skill level involving problem solving * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with various levels of management and other credit union personnel * Advanced graphic design skills and proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator * Experience reviewing and managing tasks in a project management software

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing * Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading * Ability to sit for extended time periods * Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment * Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel * Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects #IND100 Qualifications
