Responsibilities

The purpose of the Business Loan Coordinator is to ensure a high level of member satisfaction through timely and accurate loan processing and effective problem resolution to support attainment of the credit union's portfolio growth. This position is responsible for processing commercial loans, document preparation, coordinating loan closings, and performing post-closing quality control. A significant degree of creativity, data analysis and problem-solving skills are required to effectively provide solutions to issues.

With no budgetary responsibility, the Business Loan Coordinator processes basic to intermediate member business loans and prepares them for closing, performs post-closing and quality control processes, and assists team members where needed. This position has limited supervision of work and identifies and corrects errors, reviews title work, collateral and appraisals for accuracy, prepares commitment letters, assists staff by preparing loan documents and coordinating appointments to close business loans accurately and within established timelines, builds and tracks loans within core system, and handles inquiries from business members. This is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be in office at our headquarters (Enola, PA) 2-3 days per week. The position may require in-person training.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing * Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading * Ability to sit for extended time periods * Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment * Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel * Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects #IND100 Qualifications
