As a Service Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of service sales representatives and implement the strategy and sales plan for the team to reach its goals. responsibilities:

• Develop and execute service sales strategies to maximize opportunities and ensure client satisfaction

• Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs to develop service sales plans

• Train service sales representatives and ensure they are reaching company goals and targets

• Assist with customer site visits for troubleshooting and diagnosis

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC sales management experience

• Must possess a valid's driver's license and have an acceptable driving record
