Good Shepherd Village at Endwell is adding Dining Services Supervisors our exceptional Dining Services team!
Position Detail
2 Full-time positions, day / evening shifts (mainly 11:30a-8:00p, occasional 8:00a-4:00p) with every other weekend (11:30a-8:30p)

Position Summary
The Dining Services Supervisor will provide oversight and coordinate work assignments for Dining Services Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and training dining services staff. Additional responsibilities include; service to all independent dining locations, focusing on providing superior customer service and excellent quality to residents and guests.
Shifts will include lunch, dinner and occasional breakfast
Check servers' end of shift side work and assist in delegating closing duties
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during business hours
coordinate and re-direct serving staff as needed
Count drawer at end of shift and prepare daily deposit
Assist in planning and executing special events
Place weekly beer, wine and liquor orders.

Essential Job Requirements
Education: High School diploma or GED preferred
License: N/A
Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write and speak the English language
Experience: 2+ years of food service work/front of the house supervision experience
