Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Engineer, where you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, and production equipment. Your duties will include performing repairs, rebuilds, and preventative maintenance on various systems such as metal fabrication, welding, electrical and mechanical repairs, hydraulic systems, and more. You will maintain and repair building systems including HVAC, fire alarms, security, and CCTV systems. Additionally, you will be tasked with input and record-keeping using CMMS, inspecting equipment, troubleshooting problems, conserving energy, and supervising maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders. This role requires a commitment to quality improvement and customer satisfaction.

Hard Skills

• Preventative Maintenance on production machines (Sand Blasters, Washers, Dryers, Paint Lines, Buffers)

• Ability to troubleshoot

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in North Ridgeville, Ohio.

Work Environment

Majority of the day (60%+) will be spent doing Preventative Maintenance, 20% will be putting out fires, 20% will be working on projects in a very clean, but non-temperature controlled environment.
