JOB REQUIREMENTS: Part-Time Teller: Elm Grove Branch ID 2024-5463 Location : City Elm Grove Category Teller FTE .5 Schedule Monday through Friday 1:00pm-6:00pm plus 9 Saturdays per quarter 8:30am-1:30pm Salary Grade 5 Min USD \$17.50/Hr. We are looking for someone who can work 20 hours a week between the hours of 1:00pm and 6:00pm Monday - Friday which includes 9 Saturdays per quarter from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. As a Part-Time Teller, you will play a vital role at your branch, for both your teammates and UW Credit Union\'s members. Responsibilities What You\'ll Do Welcome and assist members at the Elm Grove branch, representing UW Credit Union. Strive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy. Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services. Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line. Follow UW Credit Union\'s Cash Management policies and procedures. Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members. Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate. Look for ways to exceed our members\' expectations.
