Our client in the Chicago , Illinois is actively seeking a Contract Senior accountant for a 2-3 month assignment. This individual will work on a hybrid basis reporting directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cash flow analysis

• Review internal accounting policies and assist with month end close process

• Review vendor/ supplier agreements

• oversee budgeting providing forecast for future financials

• Identify areas of cost recovery utilizing forensic accounting

• Oversee weekly payroll functions

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in finance or Accounting

• QuickBooks Certified Pro Preferred or 3 + years of QuickBooks experience

• Capable of working in a hybrid environment

• Strong communication skills
