Estamos buscando un Técnico de Servicio a Troqueles altamente motivado y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal será responsable de la instalación, mantenimiento y reparación de troqueles. Este rol requiere habilidades técnicas sólidas, capacidad para resolver problemas y un alto nivel de atención al detalle.

Responsabilidades:

• RESPONSABILIDADES

• Revisión de historial de troqueles.

• Interpretar dibujos de tooling

• Soporte a operación de prensas

• Alineación de troquel

• Carrera de prensa

• Progresión

• Piloteo Manual

• Sincronización de prensa vs troquel

• Realización de Mantenimiento

• Cambio de punzones, machos y/o hembras.

• Ajustes de paso extremo de punzonado.

• Ajuste de Flancos Interno y Externo

• Completar los registros requeridos para su operación.

• Puesta a Punto de maquina (rectificadoras)

• 5´s en Tool Room

• Lubricar troqueles y maquina

• Identificar los diferentes tipos de Lámina para troqueles

• Verificar que la materia prima cumpla con las especificaciones de calidad requeridas.

• Identificar los diferentes tipos de troqueles utilizados.

• Lubricar, dar cuidados generales a la herramienta y maquinas

• Identificar fallas, prevenir y aplicar corrección

• Arrastrón o rebaba

• Lámina atorada

• Despostillamiento de tooling.

• Identificar y aplicar mejoras en la operación del servicio

• Identificar y avisar riesgos de seguridad
