NOTE: Experience may have occurred concurrently. Licensure: Applicant must possess a state drivers license. ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTIONS Education: One additional year of progressively responsible experience in construction project management of real property, land development, building renovation, water or wastewater or road construction projects may substitute for thirty semester hours of the required education, with a maximum substitution of 120 semester hours.
