Scope of Job
Follows established policies, guidelines, and regulations to determine the appropriate department and course level for the incoming credits.
Serves as a resource for departmental advisors, students, faculty, and staff to interpret and explain policies, regulations, and guidelines related to transfer credit.
Creates and maintains the transfer articulation component in the student system.
Troubleshoots and implements the resolution of an individual student’s problems which may arise during the transfer credit evaluation process.
Supports the processing of student applications and documents.
Performs other duties as assigned.
