Scope of Job

  • Follows established policies, guidelines, and regulations to determine the appropriate department and course level for the incoming credits.

  • Serves as a resource for departmental advisors, students, faculty, and staff to interpret and explain policies, regulations, and guidelines related to transfer credit.

  • Creates and maintains the transfer articulation component in the student system.

  • Troubleshoots and implements the resolution of an individual student’s problems which may arise during the transfer credit evaluation process.

  • Supports the processing of student applications and documents.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Able to work well with diverse groups of people and excellent communication skills

  • Customer service driven

  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision
