Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: The Regional Sales Manager position will be reporting to the Director of Sales and is an integral role within the Company leading our AWG business and team. The successful candidate will lead the strategic planning and execution of the Crystal Farms Dairy business with their customers. This person will utilize customer information and Nielsen data to uncover insights and opportunities, building strategies and presentations to further grow our business. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops strong strategic collaborative business plans and executes distribution, shelving, merchandising and pricing initiatives in partnership with AWG Headquarters, AWG Warehouses, and AWG Retail and Regional accounts. Provides business insights from both the existing syndicated data sources (Nielsen) and other data sources to drive the business forward. Provides action orientated understanding of the health of our brands to fundamentally improve go to market plans in place across the accounts. Effectively manages and leverages trade to drive sales within prescribed accrual. Develops and builds strong relationships with Crystal Farms leadership and cross-functional teams. Effectively collaborates with the Crystal Farms retail teams to drive in-store execution. Utilize factored based selling solutions, strong relationship skills, while having a hunter mentality for growth. Manage direct reports and broker partnership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. 7+ years managing multi-regional wholesalers, national and regional accounts. Experience with AWG Headquarters, AWG Retail & Regional Accounts, and AWG Warehouses preferred. Broker management experience. Reside in AWG Market in the Midwest, near large metropolitan airport. Proficient in trade funding management, promotional planning and execution. Strong communication and negotiation skills, analytical, and relationship building skills. Ability to speak effectively in front of customers and senior executives. Proven experience that reflects being results-oriented Highly motivated, self-directed individual to work in fast-paced, fluid environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel. Experience managing direct reports. Ability to travel up to 50%.
