The Inside Sales Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring that a clean order/PO package is delivered to the execution side of Windings business that allows the organization to execute the order. Additional responsibilities include tasks that help the outside sales managers operate efficiently and remain highly focused on hunting for new business. What you will be responsible for: - Track and process all incoming POs to deliver a clean PO package to the operations team. Work with sales managers and reach customers to resolve any issues to deliver this in as short of time as possible. - Facilitate the order forecasting process that delivers an accurate order forecast to the business. - Track sales team progress towards revenue/bookings and other department KPI s. - Provide market intelligence based on customer input.
