Salary: £11.56 per hour
Location : Eastbourne
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Part-time, average of 20.25 hours per week, including evenings until 7.30pm and some weekend cover (Flexibility needed for covering sickness and leave. This may include weekends).
Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for an friendly, efficient person to join our amazing team.
The role of Receptionist is extremely important as you will be creating the first impression of our practice. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills. This is not a standard reception role; it will be varied and interesting but can be emotionally and physically demanding. We are often dealing with upsetting and stressful situations, you will need to engage with our clients (and their pets) in an empathetic, courteous and professional manner. A proactive approach and relevant experience in a client-facing role is required.
