"Job#: 2039716 Job Description: Apex Systems is actively looking to add an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst specializing in Investigations and Customer Complaints, to join our clients team.IT/Software QA experience will not be considered for this role.Must have "hands on" experience working in a lab/manufacturing environment.This individual will have the responsibility of handling and performing all investigations related to customer complaints, non-conformances and CAPAs.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Conduct investigations into moderate complex quality issues and customer complaints independently.Perform root cause analysis using established tools and methodologies.Propose and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).Prepare detailed reports and presentations on investigation outcomes.Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on investigation techniques.Work in cross functional teams across multiple geographic sites. Review and investigate customer complaints, determine product failure root causes and evaluate risk of failures. Will conduct product and process investigations, non-conformances and CAPAs. Propose and implement improvements based on the results of investigations.Write and/or update procedures for new or updated processes in response to investigation findings.Describe company operations and quality tasks in relation to complaints, investigations and returned goods to regulators and auditors as required.Who you are:Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Engineering, Microbiology, or related field.5+ years working in production/manufacturing environment handling customer complaints and internal process investigations. Proficiency in quality management software and ERP systems and MS Word and Excel. Experience in regulatory compliance and managing audits.Proven experience in conducting investigations and implementing CAPAs.Ability to analyze data trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.Strong project management and organizational skills.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Current experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device production/manufacturing environment handling customer complaints and internal process investigations.Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Certified Quality Engineer) preferred.Proficiency in root cause analysis tools and quality management software.Demonstrated ability to lead investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
