Regeneron is currently looking for a Drug Product (DP) Engineer for our Delivery System and Drug Product Engineering team. This lab-based role will focus on visual inspection in support of the design and development of drug product processes. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the DP Engineer will help guide decisions to improve efficiency and reliability of manufacturing operations both internally and externally.

As a Drug Product Engineer , a typical day might include the following:

• Design and conduct studies to assess inspection techniques used in the Drug Product visual inspection processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute drug product process development and technology transfer activities. Provide engineering expertise to cross-functional teams.

• Design and implement scale-up strategies for drug product unit operations with a focus on process characterization, identification of critical process parameters and process optimization.

• Write and review product industrialization protocols and reports to support technology transfer and process validation.

• Support product life-cycle initiatives.

• Support process investigations and assist with product impact assessment for change controls and internal/external investigations.

• May perform at-scale hands-on experiments and in-process testing to support process development and product industrialization.

• Continuously drive to improve processes for improved performance.

To be considered for the Drug Product Engineer you be willing and able to work Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. You must have a BS in Engineering; Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Bioengineering is preferred. For various levels you must have the following:

Drug Product Engineer: 2+ years of experience

Sr. Drug Product Engineer: 5+ years of experience

Experience with aseptic processing, drug product development, or pharmaceutical development is preferred. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.

Salary Range (annually)

$65,100.00 - $124,300.00
