MISO Energy Instructional Designer in Eagan, Minnesota
Location: Carmel, IN, Little Rock, AR, or Eagan, MN
Our Instructional Designer will work with the Technical Development Team to support MISO by leveraging a hybrid of learning methods that meets the diverse needs of our employees. You will have the opportunity to produce highly interactive in-person and e-learning experiences as well as job aids and infographics for our employees and customers by leading the intake, assessment, design, development, and maintenance of training customized deliverables.

Are designing highly interactive pieces of content that support organizational outcomes
Built strong partnerships among subject matter experts across Operations
Have a basic understanding of our business and how our team drives organizational value
Demonstrate MISO core values
What we are looking for…
Bachelor’s degree with a Certification in Instructional Design Technology, or related field required
Certification or strong proficiency in Articulate required (a portfolio of outputs is requested)
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple activities at once
Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferred
Four years of relevant work experience (required)
