Infinite Health Collaborative (iHealth) Certified/Licensed High School Athletic Trainer - Twin Cities Orthopedics in Eagan, Minnesota

Description Provide athletic training services to student athletes at Eagan High School and function as a member of the Twin Cities Orthopedics Outreach Program. This is a full-time position working non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends. Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare. Essential Functions: Serve as a Certified Athletic Trainer at Eagan High School Responsible for the assessment, treatment, prevention, and rehabilitation of acute, chronic, and emergency injuries and illnesses Refer student-athletes to physician and/or specialists as needed Documentation of injury management Effective communication with doctors, coaches, parents and athletes Provide and assist in community education Occasionally participate in community functions relating to TCO outreach events throughout the year Any and all other duties as assigned Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree NATABOC certification Licensed in the State of Minnesota as Athletic Trainer or eligible for licensure. Current CPR certification required 1-2 years of experience as a high school Athletic Trainer preferred Essential Requirements: Ability to: Comply with company policies, procedures, practices and business ethics guidelines. Complete job required training.
