Work Location Radius: Dunlap, TN (Soddy Daisy, Dayton, Whitwell, Kimball, Jasper South Pittsburgh, Pikeville, Spencer )

About Client: one of the larger clients in the area, Walmart being another one. Not much competition yet so pay rates are rather low.

Position Selling Points: (ex: Temp to hire, stay bonus, increase in pay after XX amount of time, Etc.)

Excellent pay for the Sequatchie Valley starting with Adecco, and a pay raise if you stay on to be hired over to Mann + Hummel after the required work period, 720 hours or approximately 3 months.

Job Description: (Please add to the description - this is for our internal team to source and assess candidates)

Manufacturing, production by pressure molding, and blow molding on the factory floor. Automobile parts, specifically plastic intake manifolds, and filter systems.

Special Requirements or Call outs: (ex: standing for long hours, lifting requirements, etc.)

Standing for long periods of time. Weekend work Transportation/Parking Information (Is the client's site accessible by public transportation? Does client validate parking? Does client provide reimbursement for parking? Etc.)

Large parking lot next to factory, with security cameras. No public transportation.

Conversational / Qualifying Questions: (Any interview questions you feel are helpful for your client. List things you would typically ask when interviewing candidates.)

Physical work must be able to stand and work at your station, you must have your own reliable transportation. At times you may we asked to work 7days in a week, this is not the norm, but OT is mandatory. Have you ever worked here before?

Assignment Type: (CPE, LT Temp, ST Temp, Temp to Hire, Etc.)

Temp could be temp to hire by moving over to Mann + Hummel.

Hours: (ex: 12-hour shifts - 4:00AM-4:00PM)

3 rd shift- 11p-7a

Is OT required:

Yes. You will not be given overtime the first week, but after that you will be put on the overtime schedule. You may be asked to work some Saturdays and Sundays.

PPE/Dress code: (list any PPE the candidate will need to provide. Ex: steel toed shoes)

Education/Certification Requirements:

High school diploma, or equivalent (GED) preferred, not required.

Yes, pending background search to be conducted by First Advantage. Can take up to three weeks. New background exception letter (provided by Mann + Hummel HR) updated every month.

Yes. All previous employees must be preapproved by client HR, Stacie Jones, before rehiring.

Pay Details: $16.50 per hour
