JOB SUMMARY

– Professional sales and support of group bookings for all hotel brands in the portfolio, both by e-mail and telephone

– Processing of reservation requests for groups (including quotation according to strategy, offer preparation, group preparation, invoicing and feedback discussions with customers)

– Deposits, guarantees and cancelations according to company guidelines

– Processing of no-shows and late cancellations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

– You are a team player and want to be successful together with us

– You enjoy dealing with international guests and are a hotelier with heart and soul

– You have completed vocational training in the catering or hotel industry

– You are fluent in written and spoken German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage

– Knowledge of Opera PMS, Opera Sales & Catering and MARSHA is an advantage
