Job Description

An employer is looking for a General Manager onsite in the Columbus, OH area. This family-owned cleaning services company is looking for a Manager to help run day to day operations. This person will be responsible for creating and managing schedules for the team of cleaners, conducting new client estimates, managing equipment/supplies, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are required, to assist in day to day operations such as scheduling discrepancies, client cancellations, or absences of the cleaning crew.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of customer service experience

2+ years of experience in a manager/assistant manager/supervisor role

Experience working in cleaning services

Experience managing schedules/calendars

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and problem solving skills

Basic computer skills

Strong communication (written and verbal)

Valid Driver's License Ability to speak Spanish

Experience with payroll, invoices, accounting, or QuickBooks null
