Eaton in Dublin is currently seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join their highly successful Treasury organization.
What you’ll do:
In this exciting new role, you will manage corporate guarantee portfolio, perform analysis of structured transaction plans to identify and mitigate risks and support treasury intercompany activities for Eaton entities.
Main responsibilities will include:
Analyzing structured transactions for liquidity and FX impacts, identifying risk mitigation requirements and coordinating execution steps with relevant team members
Project managing treasury actions for corporate restructuring and simplification projects
Effective management of the Corporate Guarantee Portfolio, through assessment of risk exposure methodology and continued review of instruments used, making necessary improvements with legal team in these wordings/instruments
Compiling and maintaining Lines of Credit Utilisation Report for Eaton Corporations 10K filing
Conducting annual recharge of inter-company fees related to trade finance programmes, insurance and real estate activities
Preparing quarterly workings on debt guarantee program, ensuring accurate reporting of results
Maintaining and updates Treasury KPI reporting dashboard
Supporting preparation of business partnership materials for treasury discussions with operating entities
Leading process improvement projects, identifying opportunities for automation and achieving efficiency gains across Treasury Centre of Excellence activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science / Arts in Business Administration or Economics
Previous experience in a relevant treasury function
Cash management and FX experience
Trade finance and project management would be highly beneficial
Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Attention to details
Ability to work in a global matrix organisation
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at various levels of seniority
Ability to work to strict deadlines
