Principal Responsibilities:

Perform & support project work including machine installation and upgrades

Perform preventative maintenance and continual improvement initiatives as and when required. All work to comply with GMP and safety standards

Troubleshoot and rectify machine breakdowns and performance issues.

Document all work done and conduct timely handovers with relevant personnel

Communicate and co-operate with Process Engineering, Maintenance Management, Production Management, Machine Operators and other Technicians

Requirements:

Trade Qualification (Electrical) essential

Knowledge of Spincasting, Lathing, Polishing and Dialpackaging equipment desirable.

Pneumatics knowledge essential

PLC knowledge desirable

Electro-mechanical background preferred

Highly motivated and with an ability to work on own initiative

Excellent communication skills
