Team / Role Overview

The ETF (Exchange Traded Fund) Operations Fund Accounting Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participating in a variety of ETF operations activities in coordination with the Operations - FA & TA teams. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the PCF Basket production and the ETF Dealing processes.

What you will do:

• Monitor work activities to ensure timeliness and accuracy of the ETF Dealing activities, including order taking, AP Confirm calculation and dissemination.

• Prepare and calculate the PCF Baskets for the ETF funds serviced by the Citi ETF Services team.

• Monitor and perform maker/checker on the ETF operational tasks performed by the ETF services team.

• Engage with AP/Clients in relation to ETF Dealing and operational queries.

• Instruct and monitor the settlement of the ETF.

• Assist the team manager in audit queries, client queries, and risk related items.

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

• Work closely with the ETF Support team and engage with the development team on various IT initiatives.

What we'll need from you:

• Some relevant experience required.

• Experience in accounting, or business-related area

• Experience in fund administration, change management, and/or project management

• Knowledge of financial operations and of ETF's.

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

• Flexibility in being able to support the global ETF operating model.
