The Digital Go-to-Market Employee Experience Specialist will help build a collaborative and supportive team environment across our global hub model. The primary goal of this role is to ensure that all employees have access to an equitable and inclusive employee experience, regardless of their location or position within the organization. To achieve this, the Employee Experience Specialist will work closely with teams across the globe to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance the employee experience.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Assist in the global execution of the Digital GTM’s global employee programs.

  • Continually monitor internal feedback from employees & leaders to ensure we are providing the best experience possible.

  • Help us expand an incredible strategy that delivers top-notch employee programs to Digital GTM.

  • Work across geographies to bring our primary programs to our growing employee population.

  • Collaborate extensively with Internal Communications, Brand, Workplace Services as well as the HR team in executing our employee programs.

  • Work cross-functionally to align, execute, and support global programs at scale. In EMEA, you will drive and execute the program, and outside EMEA, you will drive and support it.

  • 3 years of experience working with stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.

  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs.

  • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve common business objectives.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across multiple regions and influence leadership.

  • Experience in any of the following fields is helpful:

  • Employee onboarding

  • Mentorship

  • Employee awards

  • Internship programs or similar
