Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishing professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin. The role is remotely based, but with a high level of travel to customer locations.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Secure and grow revenue within your region by selling the Videojet product range to existing and new customers

• Participate in regional/national trade shows and onsite equipment demonstrations at customers’ sites

• Promote a variety of finance and service agreements to our customers

• Lead sales activity through sales metrics using our CRM (SalesForce.com)

The essential requirements of the job include

A proven record in Account Management and new business

• Ability to prioritise and work on both long- & short-term projects

• Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret customer needs and handle their expectations

• Knowledge of a CRM (preferably SFDC) would be advantageous
