Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting tasks, including data entry, posting journal entries, and account reconciliation.

• Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes, such as invoice processing and payment tracking.

• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.

• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.

• Aid in month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

• Contribute to special projects and audits as needed.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply!)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with preferred experience in VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables

• Familiarity with SAP, Sage, or NetSuite is a plus

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
