Aggreko Business Development Manager - Data Centers, Middle East in Dubai, United States

We are hiring a Business Development Manager – Data Centers, Middle East who will be responsible to achieve annual sales revenue growth for the full range of Aggreko products and services in the Data Center sector by developing and executing a robust Middle East business development plan.

    What you’ll do:

  • Develop detailed business development sales plans for the target sector, including current and planned projects, key target accounts, strategies and competition threats.

  • Develop strong and influential customer relationships and partnerships across the key target accounts in these sectors.

  • Discover and create leads/opportunities and position Aggreko as the partner of choice.

  • Work with Marketing teams to develop advertising, PR, sales campaign strategies, and literature.

  • Maintain knowledge of competitors activity & keep abreast of competitors strategies, capability and threat levels.

  • Work with other teams including local sales colleagues, engineering, operations and commercial teams to develop and present our winning solution to the customers.

  • Negotiate with key decision makers to win orders and exceed sales targets.

  • Establish a consistent revenue stream and profitability levels to grow the business and gain market share in target sectors.

    You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • University degree, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering discipline and/or relevant Data Center industry certification.

  • High performing, results orientated sales professional with 5+ years in-depth experience within the DC sector.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Expert negotiation skills with good knowledge of commercial and legal terms.

  • Ability to travel as necessary.

  • Creative and analytical with logical decision-making skills.

  • Good ability to read, write, & speak in English, with Arabic a distinct advantage.
