Description:

• Produce calculations, specifications and drawings to ensure that technical designs provide appropriate solutions.

• Provide technical expertise in mechanical engineering to meet project needs

• Preparation of technical specifications, reports, schedules, data sheets and deliverables under the supervision of senior staff members.

• Carry out other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Line Manager.

• Ability to prepare designs utilizing BIM/Revit tools to an acceptable industry standard and in accordance with relevant codes, regulations and standards.

• An understanding and awareness of local regulatory requirements and codes such as DEWA, NFPA, CIBSE, ASHRAE, DM etc.

• Responsible for all aspects of mechanical engineering design as assigned by Senior Engineering staff.

Qualifications:

• Must have Relevant degree from recognized university.

• A minimum of 1 Year Middle East experience working within an International Design Firm, with a focus on Building Services Design.

• Preferable to have thoughtful knowledge and work experience pipelines, VC, WO. AV, connection Chambers and Pumping Station works.

• Preferable to have through knowledge and experience in the design of infrastructure works.

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and AutoCAD.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
