Data Architect & Sales Analyst

This position works out of our UAE location in Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Division

As the Data Architect & Sales Analyst at ARDx, you will be at the forefront of utilizing data to shape strategic decisions and optimize sales performance. This dual role combines the responsibilities of designing and managing the company's data infrastructure with the analytical insights necessary to drive sales growth. Collaborating across departments, you'll craft data-driven strategies.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Data Architecture Design and Management:

  • Design, develop, and maintain the company's data architecture to ensure scalability, efficiency, and data integrity.

  • Define data standards, guidelines, and best practices to facilitate consistent data management across the organization.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement data infrastructure solutions, including data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL processes.

  • Data Modeling and Integration:

  • Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support business requirements and analytical needs.

  • Integrate data from diverse sources, including sales systems, CRM platforms, market research databases, and third-party sources.

  • Sales Data Analysis:

  • Analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.

  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies, pricing, and promotional efforts.

  • Develop predictive models and forecasting algorithms to support sales forecasting and planning.

  • Reporting and Visualization:

  • Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators and business insights.

  • Customize reports and analytics tools to meet the specific needs of sales teams, executives, and stakeholders.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and prioritize data initiatives.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on data-related projects and initiatives, providing guidance and expertise to stakeholders.

Minimum Experience/Training Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in data architecture design, database management, and data integration.

  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales processes, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
