Requirements • Proven experience in a Human Resources Generalist role or similar

• Demonstrable understanding of HR administration and compliance regulations

• Excellent knowledge of employee relations and best practices

• Proficient in using HR software and databases

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
