Description We are offering a contract opportunity for a Data Reporting Analyst role based in Dorchester, Massachusetts. The role primarily involves driving the implementation of Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) on Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC). The successful candidate will be responsible for the migration of on-prem Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC) and Informatica Axon content to cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Configure the IDMC / CDGC target environment.

• Define organizations and roles, segregating by business teams and setting up permissions according to best practices.

• Handle Authentication/Authorization and permissions configuration, including integration with Azure AD and SSO.

• Install Secure Agent instances on-prem in non-production and production environments.

• Set up connectivity to on-prem data sources like Oracle SQL Server Denodo.

• Set up connectivity to enterprise data warehouse and AWS Athena data lake.

• Define scope based on analysis of existing business glossary metadata catalog and data connectors in EDC/Axon.

• Plan migration in a phased approach following prioritization defined by project lead.

• Execute migration by exporting/importing existing content to Cloud and/or re-configuration of data connectors to re-scan metadata.

• Conduct technical validations and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Support users during the weeks immediately following go live during stabilization phase.

The candidate should possess skills in areas such as Implementation, Oracle, Cloud Technologies, Integration, Best Practices, Configuration Management, Migration, Prioritization, Authorizations, Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, Data Warehousing, Validation Plans, Connectivity, Data Sources, Permissions, Authentication, Production Environment, Informatica, Metadata, and Data Governance. Requirements • Proficiency in data reporting and analysis tools such as Oracle, Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, and AWS Athena.

• Experience in cloud technologies and integration.

• Strong understanding of best practices in configuration management and migration.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.

• Understanding of authorization, permissions, and authentication protocols.

• Familiarity with production environment and connectivity.

• Knowledge of data warehousing, data sources, and data governance.

• Ability to create and manage validation plans.

• Experience with the programming language 'Go'.

• Proficiency with Informatica software.

• Understanding of metadata concepts.

• Experience with 'About Time' and 'Workstation Support' software.
