Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Analyst in to join our dynamic IT Operations team. This role supports enterprise information systems housed within our facility, supports automated and secure centralized data centers, large computer rooms, corporate facilities, and other company locations. The ideal candidate will ensure a stable operating environment and maximize the use of system facilities. Developing effective relationships with business stakeholders and various end users is essential. This role ensures that required IT services are identified, developed, and supported to the satisfaction of stakeholders, and establishes and maintains service level agreements while serving as the main point of contact for all service issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Function as the primary point of contact to support for desktop, laptop, and server hardware issues.

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.

  • Set up and troubleshoot network hardware including routers and switches.

  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on hardware and software.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to workstations, servers, and network devices.

  • Assist in the management and maintenance of IT inventory and documentation.

  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless operation of the company’s IT infrastructure.

  • Provide training and support to end-users to improve their technical skills and usage of IT resources.

  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.

  • Develop effective relationships with business stakeholders and various end users.

  • Establish and maintain service level agreements and be the main point of contact for all service issues.

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control lists (ACLs).

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

  • Extensive knowledge and experience troubleshooting workstations, laptops, and server hardware.

  • Proven experience with the setup and troubleshooting of routers and switches.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.

  • Previous experience in a desktop support or similar IT support role.

  • Previous experience in server room maintenance and management, up to and including planning, installing, cabling, and configuring of routers, switches, servers, and other network devices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or Business Administration. (Or equivalent experience).

  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification.

  • CompTIA A+ certification. (Or equivalent experience).

  • CompTIA Network+ certification. (Or equivalent experience).

Internal Salary Grade: 10F

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (In office) 40 Hours

(Some weekend work and participation in on call support is required)
