Requirements for the role:
The position should be located in Belgium, Diegem
Travelling will be needed to support the offices in Amsterdam, Liège and Luxemburg. Once/months and spend 1-2 days
Experience in FM
Basic technical skills
Language: Dutch, French and English

Job description:
Responsible for delivering excellent Workplace to all employees
Responsible for management of the reception, check of guarding reports
Meetings with co-lessees
Meeting with Landlords and building management company
Interaction with Health & Safety officer
Interaction with Security manager
Managing facility Provider ‘Compass’ and monthly meetings on progress, daily cleaning,
Extra cleaning in case of events
Assisting procurement for selecting new suppliers
Management printers, coffee machines
Management parking
Management business lunches (ordering, invoicing)
Management archives (invoicing, storage, destruction)
Supply fruit
Management badges/iUser accounts/EIN all FM related contractors/functions
Handy man management
Participate in Projects office refurbishment
Mobile phone management (subscriptions, distribution, repairs)
Data collection usage of water, gas, electricity, waste, carbon
Evidence supply for all PFS1 NFC controls
Frequent (6-12 months) Fire Risk Assessments
Frequent (6-12 months) PFS50 controls
Control and receive obligatory checks and permits building installations
Participate in ISO 14001, EEP, GDPR, sustainability, BCP, evacuation exercises
Building incident registration
PO’s for facilities and property
Weekly call with country management
Updates Colliers 360 DMT
