In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Strategic Account Development: Cultivate and nurture deep, long-lasting relationships with key strategic accounts, understanding their unique needs and business goals to drive mutual growth.

  • New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue untapped opportunities within assigned accounts, expanding Emerson's presence and impact within the market.

  • Solution-Oriented Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver comprehensive, tailored solutions that address complex customer challenges and exceed their expectations.

  • Revenue Generation: Implement and complete innovative sales strategies that consistently exceed business targets and drive substantial revenue growth for both Emerson and our valued clients.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to anticipate industry trends, identify emerging opportunities, and maintain Emerson's competitive edge.

  • Account Performance Management: Prepare and present comprehensive Account Review reports, providing insights into the business direction, potential growth areas, existing installed base, and strategic expansion opportunities

Who you are:

For this Role, You Will Need:

Technical Competence: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, demonstrating a strong foundation in understanding complex industrial solutions.

Proven Sales Excellence: A minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales or Account Management in a B2B environment, with a consistent track record of surpassing targets and driving revenue growth.

Relationship Building Expertise: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport, trust, and credibility with diverse team members at all levels of an organization.
