Blue Raven Solar is one of the largest and fastest growing residential solar companies in the nation. We are looking for hard working and self-motivated team members who have a desire to upstart their career and help homeowners join the rooftop solar revolution. As the electrical trade qualifier for the company's electrical contractor license, you will oversee our electrical work operations in Connecticut and promote work qualify and job safety and ensure compliance with applicable laws. This position requires the ability to communicate well with electricians, installers, support representatives, homeowners, and building and utility inspectors and permitting/licensing officials.

Responsibilities:
Direct, supervise, and/or perform the company's electrical work for rooftop solar installations.
Ensure electrical work is performed in a safe, good workmanlike manner and in compliance with applicable laws and rules.
Supervise, train, mentor, support, and assist team members in the performance of rooftop solar installations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot solar system components to resolve electrical issues.
Meet with inspection officials, as needed, for the commissioning of solar systems.
Qualifications:
Must have an E-1 unlimited electrical contractor license in good standing in MI
Master Electricians license
Must be willing to act as the license holder and trade qualifier for Blue Raven Solar's electrical operations and no other contractor.
Must have working knowledge of current NEC codes.
Must have working knowledge of replacing and maintaining residential electrical services panels.
Must be able to read and interpret single line drawings.
Must be comfortable working from ladders and at heights.
Solar installation experience is preferred but not required.
