Description:

Responsibilities include:

Working with a Technology and Software background. Must be very familiar with all Cell Dyn systems to set up the systems, collect data and analyze the collected data. Must also be familiar with blood cell morphology to be able to collect reference data. Must be able to conduct experiments with minimum supervision to develop CDX Cal/Con. Must be able to analyze RBC Morphology data using the 3D surface analysis software program (software knowledge in addition to medical technology and Cell dye systems knowledge required). Must have a good understanding of clinical applications of Cell dye methods.

We are looking for a Senior Scientist to join our R&D Analytics group at Client Molecular. In this role, a scientist

will:

• design and optimize the mathematical algorithms that translate a chemical signal into a clinical result

• mine large datasets to identify trends or anomalies, then dive deep to get to a mechanistic root

• cause

• develop digital and AI/ML systems

• support our entire product catalog from development through on-market support

• perform bioinformatic analyses

The candidate must have:

• a PhD in biology, physics, or chemistry

• a good understanding of molecular biology (especially PCR)

• strong Python programming experience

• strong mathematical intuition

• excellent investigative data analysis skills

Ideally, the candidate would have hands-on experience with:

• cloud computing (preferably in AWS)

• SQL

• machine learning methods

• git

• Linux

• Bioinformatics

• PowerBI
