Location: Des Moines, Iowa

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7 am - 4 pm

Job Type: Full-Time / Now Hiring / Weekly Pay

Pay Range: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a top-of-the-line Plumbing Service Technician to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and have the skills to diagnose and repair HVAC and plumbing systems, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform HVAC repairs, maintenance, installations, and related in-home service calls for both residential and commercial customers.

  • Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC and plumbing systems.

  • Build rapport with customers to recommend the right products and services.

  • Educate customers in selecting the best financing options and maintenance plans.

  • Collaborate with customer service representatives and dispatch team members to enhance overall business success.

  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure efficient and accurate repairs and installations.

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of invoices, timecards, and option sheets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of plumbing/HVAC experience preferred.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude to diagnose and solve complex problems efficiently.

  • Electrical knowledge, including understanding of circuits, voltage, wiring, and electrical codes related to HVAC systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and electrical diagrams.

Compensation and Benefits:
