We are looking for a AWS/GCP Channel Development Manager

Position Summary : The AWS/GCP Channel Development Manager, a crucial member of the Cloud Alliances team, will serve as our primary contact for channel activities and act as the key liaison to enhance our partnerships. Success in this role requires extensive knowledge of AWS sales teams and efforts, along with a proven ability to build relationships and support sales teams in closing deals more quickly. This position is essential for identifying, establishing, and leading key partnerships to drive business growth.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop, and grow the Ensono brand with partners by evangelizing Ensono’s vision for cloud services

  • Develop sales opportunities together with partners and define programs to increase revenue.

  • Manage channel partner relationships, business planning, metric definitions, goals and progress reviews toward business objectives.

  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and a track record in building alliance/sales/partner relationships with business and technical teams

  • Reporting is key. Manage, track and report your pipeline and generate leads for Ensono

  • Collaborate with internal teams to grow Channels for Ensono with Product, Marketing and Sales.

  • Work with partner marketing to execute campaigns and events to create demand for Ensono

  • Build deep relationships with key partner reps within Ensono’s focused verticals to enable them to be “Ensono advocates”

  • Ensure key executives with Ensono are part of a partner relationship that connects at a company level.

  • Project management of competency audits, compliance partner goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

  • 4+ years in Channel/Sales, supporting System Integrators, ISVs, or Re-sellers preferably focused on AWS and/or GCP

  • Problem-solving ability and experience in aligning cross-functional teams – marketing, sales, engineering, and legal – toward common objectives to increase program ROI

  • Previous experience with salesforce reporting. Crucial part of success in this role.

  • Vertical experience in financial services, manufacturing, and retail is ideal.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, ability to quickly analyze and execute in a rapidly changing environment, take charge and make things happen

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and partner success team.

  • Highly independent and self-motivated with the ability to proactively seek out solutions and opportunities

  • Travel 20% or more as needed for events or meetings.

  • Enjoy multi-tasking and juggling several different projects simultaneously
