In this critical role, you will drive and execute our global communications strategy working with the Chief Executive Officer and Global Executive Team to design, create, execute, and incorporate a wide variety of both internal and external communications in support of our business objectives.
This role will develop and oversee communications products and materials; providing employees, customers and shareholders with useful company information and timely updates regarding any policy, strategy or direction change through interactive communications tools.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage the development of internal and external communications materials across various channels, including newsletters, intranet, videos, and digital signage
Develop and manage external communications strategies to enhance the company's public image and brand awareness
Oversee the creation of press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals
Create Develop and execute a multichannel communications system that boosts internal collaborations across various departments
Recommend strategic communications solutions to create an inclusive work environment that encourages, enables, and supports a diverse workforce
Implement collaboration tools that streamline workflows and processes, in collaboration with various internal & external stakeholders
Encourage productive dialogue among team members by establishing open-door policies that help empower employee engagement
Stay up-to-date about emerging communications trends and practices, including new technologies and Objectives and Key Results, that help improve the effectiveness of employee communications
Role Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Global Communications management
Outstanding written and communications skills; corporate writing preferred
Proven experience in managing external communications and public relations
Strong media relations skills and the ability to act as a company spokesperson when required
Excellent leadership skills to guide and mentor a team
Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms to reach and engage a geographically dispersed workforce
Experience in developing multichannel communications strategies
Deep understanding of corporate communications practices
Project management experience is preferred
Experience managing department budget is a plus

Salary
The salary range is $235,500 – $275,000 USD per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
