About the role

As a CBRE Transaction Specialist you will provide analysis and support for industrial agency leasing team. Provide transactional support for leasing clients including preparing lease proposals, activity reports, and managing available listings. Manage, monitor, and report on the progress of lease negotiations, rent commencements, rent increases, lease renewals, and lease options.

What you’ll do

  • Under supervision of leasing team, provides transactional support for leasing clients including preparation of lease proposals and redlines, leasing activity reports, available property overviews, managing property listings on public listing databases, etc.

  • Assist in agency leasing efforts by coordinating with potential tenants on team’s available listings.

  • Provide administrative support in lease transactions and negotiations.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective leasing strategies based on research and data insights.

  • Assist with occasional property tours of available listings.

  • Assist with team research efforts including tracking tenants in the market, competitive properties, lease comparables, large availabilities, rental rates and operating expenses, and custom client deliverables. May also assist with research supporting team’s capital markets business.

  • May provide occasional support with client events, including open houses and groundbreakings.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and experience.

  • 1 to 3 years related real estate experience (commercial real estate preferred)

  • Real estate license a plus but not required.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Able to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.

  • Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.

  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Transaction Specialist position is $60,000 annually or $28.85 per hour and the maximum salary for the Transaction Coordinator position is $74,000 annually or $35.58 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
