EOG Resources, Inc. Supply Chain Lead in Denver, Colorado

The Supply Chain Lead will be responsible for the direct oversight of the Division's OCTG management, 3rd party tubular storage yards, and related vendors. This position, with the help of HQ Supply Chain personnel; will oversee division OCTG logistics, inventory management, maintenance, and repairs of material needed by the Denver Division. This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas of responsibility: Work closely with operations, field personnel and the Supply Chain purchasing team to maintain appropriate inventory levels, identify obsolete equipment, and ensure all operational and field needs are met safely and on tim Oversee team members that coordinate procurement, logistics, inventory management, maintenance, and repair of items needed for Division's Drilling, Completions, and Production groups Develop a good working knowledge of vendors who provide tubulars, accessories, inspection, and repair services, and actively participate in the procurement process related to these Create and maintain tracking logs for purchase orders, inventory balances, etc. Oversee all tubing and casing charges booked to wells and perform reconciliations for well AFE closures with accounting group Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Supply Chain and materials accounting processes Develop a good working knowledge of vendors who provide tubulars, accessories, inspection, and repair services and actively participate in the procurement process related to these Work with engineering team members to ensure technical requirements are met Take an active role in managing inventory stock levels, performing inventory counts, and reconciliations Maintain and oversee an on-call schedule for team members to ensure operational needs are met 24hrs per day, 7days per week

JOB REQUIREMENTS

This role will require an in-depth understanding of the Division's operational areas and accounting practices; and include the need for ongoing communications with all areas to ensure operational needs are met on a daily basis. The Supply Chain Lead will need strong, humble leadership characteristics and the ability to provide oversight while still working collaboratively with their team members. Other job requirements may include, but are not limited to: High School diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience within the Oil and Gas industry is required Prior experience with OCTG and logistics is beneficial but not required Profound knowledge and experience with procurement and process flow management. Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary Ability to multi-task and reprioritize workload in a dynamic working environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams Position requires occasional travel

Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.

Min $85,000 / Max $175,000
