TheClinical Transformation Analyst/Senior Analyst, Clinical Programs will support the development of DaVita's integrated care strategy and prepare the organization for a shift to value-based care.

In an integrated care environment, we aim to provide the comprehensive and preventative care each patient needs to be healthier in the new value-based healthcare world. This teammate will be an innovator and experimenter in developing this model and will collaborate with several teams across the Village on this executive-driven transformation. This position blends innovative strategic thinking with operational execution.

Core activities include: support in the development of DaVita's specialty care roles and advancement of health equity to deliver integrated kidney care management of the unique needs of DaVita's CKD and ESKD patients, creating analyses to generate insights and opportunity areas within our care model, developing clinical and operational process flows to best care for our patients, and creating new field facing tools, reports, and workflows.

The Analyst/Senior Analyst, will work on a team of highly-motivated individuals with consulting, process engineering, change management, and/or clinical experience. This highly visible and cross-functional role will work directly with Kidney Care and IKC (Integrated Kidney Care) leadership

Key responsibilities are spread across four categories:

Strategy & Innovation Thoughtful evaluation of ideas generated by field teammates and business stakeholders A continuous improvement mindset, adopting an iterative approach to testing Supports the development, piloting, deployment, and outcomes of clinical programs by independently driving a scope of work Evaluate the effectiveness and scalability of specialty care and health equity initiatives and prepare markets for the launch of new integrated care programs

Analytics and Reporting Develop, scope, and automate regular and ad hoc analytics and reporting around IKC model of care Integrate large, disparate data sets, conduct exploratory analysis, and produce actionable insights for clinical intervention Work collaboratively with data analysts, clinicians, and operators to identify opportunities and formulate recommendations through advanced analytics Produce impactful data visualization to communicate findings from complex analyses Help manage and optimize reporting, analytics, and data infrastructure

Project Management Set milestones and adhere to tight project deadlines Develop metrics to track success and meet deadlines Escalate any concerns with executing on project plan Coordinate among clinical experts to define and document best practice in complex specialty care roles. Lead project management efforts to train on best practice.

Travel: 25% of the time

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 1- 3 years of work experience in management consulting, process engineering, investment banking or a corporate strategy role preferred Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience Strong analytical and presentation skills preferred Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change
